This document and the program files MCCDPLAY.EXE, MCCDPLAY.HLP, MCCDLIB.DLL
and MCCDMCI.DLL ("the software") are copyrighted by Mike Coupland, the author
("the owner").

The software is shareware, you may use it for thirty days on a trial basis.
If you do not wish to register, then you must discontinue use of the software
on or before the thirtieth day from installation.

Upon payment of the registration fee, the owner hereby licenses you to use a
single copy of the software.  This license allows you to use the software on a
single computer at any given time.  Beyond this, there is no restriction on
the use of this software in personal, commercial or institutional environments.

This license is a perpetual use license for the use of the software and is
not transferable.

When the owner receives your registration fee, you will receive a personal
registration key to enter into the software.  When you enter this key into
the software, the software becomes a registered copy; it is then specifically
registered to you; and it acknowledges you as the licensed user.  This
acknowledgement occurs on the initialization display when the software
is started and on the "About" dialog accessed from the software's "Help"
pull-down menu list.

Only unregistered copies of the software may be distributed.  Once you enter
your name and personal registration key, your executable copy of the software
becomes a registered copy of the software.

No unregistered copy of the software may be distributed or given away without
this document; and this notice must not be removed.  You are free to copy and
distribute unregistered copies of the software provided that:

   - no changes are made to ANY of the original unregistered program files
   - no charge is made except to cover time and materials.

Although this software has been extensively tested, it is supplied on an
