--with-gtk-config=/usr/X11R6/bin/gtk-config --enable-gui
--enable-xmms

dependencies:
	-- arts package built by mutiny (included with KDE)
	-- libdvdread package available at the VL repository
	-- lame (included in Media_Players folder)
	-- optional:  samba 3.0 (package available at linuxpackages.net)

modifications:
	-- added "extralite" set of codecs which enables mplayer to
	play most common formats
	-- added "phony" skin, which kinda looks like powerdvd and
	created appropriate symlink to make it the default
	-- added full set of documentation in various languages
	(most MPlayer packages lack this for some strange reason)
	-- added arial-18 font (iso-8859-1) 
	
notes:

	-- the thing wouldn't compile if it did an export CFLAGS, so I
	left it alone and it defaulted to i386
	-- no alsa support
	-- the mplayer plugin for Firebird would not work for
	1.0-pre2 so I did not include it, oddly enough, it works for
	ver 0.9x and 1.0-pre1
