Private Idaho isn't e-mail software. It can't send the messages you create with it. Think of it as an e-mail premailing tool.
Private Idaho isn't a "complete" PGP shell. It is designed to make sending private e-mail easier and incorporates the basic PGP features for doing so. Most people will find Private Idaho is all they need for daily interaction with PGP and e-mail, however, don't expect sophisticated key management and access to all of PGP's features.
Private Idaho requires vbrun300.zip and a Windows e-mail package (Eudora, MS Mail, Pegasus, etc.)
