Known Bugs:

• SMP w/ftp module is still reported flaky. Linuxcare bought me a new SMP box, which I'm setting up now for testing.

Bugs fixed:

• Fragments now pass properly, won't hang.
• Locally-generated TCP SYNs have output interface set.

Changes:

• Start of iptables-save and iptables-restore (they compile but don't work; don't use them).
