standard adopted by IETF based on the Internet Draft and to the extent
the above referenced patents have issued and any issued claim of the
patent covers and is necessary to practice the resulting IETF RFC
standard, Nortel Networks is willing to make available licenses on fair,
reasonable, reciprocal, and non-discriminatory terms under such
necessary claims for full compliance with the resulting IETF RFC
standard.
