  Description: mpeg-1/2lsf layer 1/2/3 multiprocessing and GUI

        Notes: Files were always layer 2 with previous versions, now fixed !
               If you have an error message that you think is due to a bug of
               the software, please report the error code number, the options
               you used and the type of your source file. Thank you. This new
               version has many improvements and some bug fixes, like the joint
               stereo that is now working. You can also use intel raw files and
               motorola raw files, see [Raw] menu for bytes order option. The
               auto-quit timer has been set to 10 seconds, auto-shutdown is
               still 30 seconds. Saving names can now be changed.

               Parts of this software are taken from the mpeg group, parts are
               realized according to the ISO/CEI 11172-3 norm. A few features
               are still missing, but I am working on them (but the norm is not
               always so clear to understand...)
